This is Snowboy the Snowman Ty Beanie Buddy. Snowoby was  introduced on August 31, 1999 and retired on December 12, 1999. The tag reads: Snowboy the BEANIE BABY was never made. This is the first and only time this pattern will be used! Approximately 14 inches tall.
