This is Batty the Bat Ty Beanie Buddy. Batty is brown and 8 inches tall and has about a 16 inch wingspan. Mint with mint tags. The tag says: Batty the Beanie Baby was the second bat made by Ty. Batty came in two colors, mocha rose and Ty-dyed. Surface washable for ages 3 and up.
